Bill Scrivner, founder and CEO of Pinnacle Mergers and Acquisitions, began selling car dealerships just two weeks after his 23rd birthday. After playing college baseball for four years to fund his marketing degree, Bill married his college sweetheart, turned down an offer to play professional baseball, and dedicated himself to selling car dealerships. Thirty years later, Bill and his team at Pinnacle have completed over 850 transactions worth BILLIONS of dollars for their clients.

In the late 1990s, Bill assisted several publicly traded companies in beginning their dealership acquisitions, building a strong track record with top consolidators in the automotive industry. He is a trusted advisor because he tells clients the truth, not just what they want to hear or what will close the deal. Bill maintains confidentiality and helps clients execute their plans for success, however they define it.

Bill and his wife, Rae, married in 1993 and have four beautiful daughters. Bill spent eighteen years coaching his daughters’ soccer teams and continued supporting them, and the other girls who played for him, through their college soccer careers. One of Bill’s U19 teams was ranked number one in the state of Texas for over 12 months.
