The stores were sold by the Koehnke family, owners of Power Auto Group, to Bay Area Auto Group, led by Hardeep Singh, Jay Dhillon, and Doug Hildreth. Under the new ownership, the dealerships will operate as part of the Bay Area Auto Group portfolio.
